Lukas,
You haven't given us many details. When you say you "moved" the server,
is the new the same version as the old? What version (old & new) is
it? How did you "move" it? Did you rsync, or imapsync, or simply
copy? What are the ownership & permissions on the Cyrus files, both the
state directories/files and the mail spool (i.e. /var/cyrus &
/var/spool/cyrus)?

Two folders: 1243 moved from old one that I can't delete from IMAP
client and 2346 created on new server.
What I've checked:
reconstruct -fGR -u lukaszolesiejuk
(after deleting cyrus.* files recursevely)
Permissions looks good:
