I was able to fix it "the hard way" by copying the links in /lib //
/usr/lib from the icu-75 package into the lib directory, so he "thinks"
the *icu libs .76 are the .75 ones...
But that might just be a temprorary fix to keep the mail system running.

so important, why is there not hard linked version? It seems to be
stuck if a newer one is there, so softlinking does not really make
sense !?
