You did not say which .dll but that's okay. Next time you try to go online, make note of what is missing and then go to  The DLL Archive  ( its URL is:
http://solo.abac.com/dllarchive/index.html) and find and download it to your machine - it will probably need to go into the c:\windows\system folder.
