Jeeze; here's one that got lost along the way. I sent the message below four
days ago and it just now arrived in my inbox.
I may as well add a follow-up to the context of the message below: After
switching the IE script setting to "prompt" mode, I found it was a major
pain to access common websites and especially secure ones that I utilize to
manage various personal data. So, even though disabling automated scripting
in IE seems like a good idea for security sake, it wasn't worth the hassle
to deal with continual prompts that numerous websites (valid ones I deal
with) require scripting upon.
So, thanks anyway, Jay, but, it seems in this modern WWW age that it is near
impossible to get around not allowing scripts to run.
