Dear Topica Insiders, We wanted to let you know that Topica's web site and service will be unavailable for approximately 10 hours starting 6 PM PST tonight, Dec. 13th (2 am GMT Dec. 14th) so that we can implement some great improvements to our web site, automated messages, and Advertising and List Promotion Network. These changes will greatly benefit subscribers and ultimately make your lists easier to manage. Improvements include: --A new home page that will make it easier for subscribers to access Topica's e-mail management tools and content areas. --Improved content channel pages that organize newsletters and discussions by topic, making it easier for subscribers to find and sign up for lists. --New confirmation messages, which improve the subscription verification process (making your lists cleaner and easier to manage) and let us integrate our messages about Topica's tools and features into existing subscriber communications. --A simple and clear registration process, so it�s easier than ever for subscribers to get the Topica benefits they choose. --Improved campaign prioritization within the Advertising and List Promotion Network, which will help us improve advertising profitability for list managers who participate in the network. We�ll update you on these changes in the next regular issue of the Topica Insider, on the week of December 18th. In the meantime, be assured that we don't anticipate any complications during this release, and that we�re confident in the variety of additional backup solutions our technology team has implemented since November.
