* informant * tiny firewall

For some unknown reason, today I installed Tiny Firewall that I read about on the Langa List.  When I turned on the computer tonight, I got the following message:
 
someone on address 10.0.0.14 wants to PING your machine
    application filename
    Tcpip Kernel Driver
 
What does that mean?
