Thanks for your input. I agree it is not a virus. I scanned, I
checked Nortons site and there is nothing there. It is on my
system twice because I mirrored my C drive onto my D drive, thus
two MS System files. I will not open it for giggles. I also did
check properties and it appears legitimate having a date back to
1999.
Here is a the post that got me wondering. Not trusting the folks
on the other list *S* I thought I would ask here where I have
never gotten a rude response nor bad information. Post to follow

Now my opinion, anyone clicking on an unknown exe deserves a fate
similar to that. *LOL*
