A few days ago my husband had to replace the motherboard and power
supply in his computer. His hard drive was acting up so he reformatted.
He's installed Windows 98, Norton Utilities 2000, the drivers for his
system and the Windows Critical Update (from the Windows page). Now his
computer shuts down about 5 minutes after it boots. We've never
encountered anything like this so are totally lost. Does anyone have any
idea on what's going on and how to fix it? Thanks!
