Renaming your address book will save your friends from getting the virus or worm from you. 1. Go to Windows Explorer, 2. then to program files, 3. then to Outlook Express 4. Click on address book (web). 5. click on web and rename that file. It totally confuses the virus!! It cannot get to your address book to send itself out to your family and friends. I know, because we got the latest one going around and a tech told me how to take care of it until I could get help getting rid of the virus (a worm)!!
