I'm helping sort out some confusion on a co-workers new home PC. It's running
WinXP which I have VERY limited experience with.
Each family member has their own windows user account, within each they have
an internet connection with their respective sign-in names.
The issue I need help with..... When one user logs off and it returns to the
user selection screen, it lists x number of unread messages for each user.
They are using DellNet dial-up and when connected to the 'net, there are
fewer mails than were shown on the user selection screen.
Where does this information come from and what does it represent?
TIA,
Sterling
