To support a personal long-term research project, I'm looking for any academic/scholarly/official/industry analysis that has been done regarding the relationship of vulnerability disclosure to the increased or decreased risks of exacerbating that vulnerability, be it related to the internet or other critical infrastructures. Current (unclassified) position papers, musings, or full-blown analysis would be greatly appreciated from government, industry, or academic sources.
