Feel free to pass this on. While from a legal standpoint, this guy makes
some good points he completely misses the reason of the injunctions in the
first place. The author wanted to make sure, to the best of her ability,
that EVERY one of her fans had the opportunity to find out the plot of the
book at the same time. Because of the immense popularity of her books, (6M
sold on the first day just in the US, 250k books sold an hour), she wanted
to make sure people couldn't get the books in advance and start "spoiling"
or telling other fans about important plot points.

Even despite her attempts, by Tuesday of last week I knew who the title of
the book referred to, had the jacket text, all the chapter titles, knew who
died, knew all the romances that occurred, and had the full text for the
first and last chapters as well as the 1st page of every remaining chapter.

That sucked. Luckily, it didn't effect my reading as much as I feared but
being a firewall for this info to protect our fans from reading it was a
pain in the ass.
