I don't think that someone can forcefully come up with an idea, if they want to participate a simple reminder "go write down your idea" is enough, they already carry that idea. And my whole point (extremely misunderstood and met with a lot of hate) was that there is no point in sending this all to... Kernels? Join sig? Etc. If anything devel would be a better place.
