Actually, the ability to create a mail file without putting it into the mail
spool would be handy, so , for example , if you are sending a mail to
someone on a domain on the same box, you chould just create and mail file
and  DB entry and not had the
"POST" server process it at all.

I'd change it if I had a copy of Delphi... :-)
