Actually, there are two situations where you can send mail from one local
user to another.
WebMail:
The FusionMail WebMail client sends all outgoing mail through the POST
Server (local destination or not). The WebMail client can (and really
should) be modified to put mail directly into the database for local clients
so the mail does not go through POST.
e-mail client (Outlook, Eudora, etc.):
These clients always send mail via SMTP. So, the SMTP Server already stores
mail directly for local clients.
+ No Delphi required :-)
