Yes - this one IMO - through maybe a "bit" datatype field in the listmembers
table with a "0" (local) or "1" (remote) against each listmember, and which
value is inserted when the member joins the list, and messages delivered
accordingly.
The subscription routine either through the web interface or email join will
have to insert the correct value for each member of course.
