Bad mail handling is a matter of coding.  There are several ways to do this:

1 - set the bad mail return address of something like "badmail-<address or
id number>@yourdomain.com" - for example, [EMAIL PROTECTED] and
then the mail will bounce there and you can code your templates to process
any address beginning with "badmail" to take appropriate action.

2 - Use the ReportPostStatus template to check for temporary and/or
permanent delivery failures.

3 - Set the bad mailaddress to a box that you manually monitor and remove
bad addresses manually.
