Yes - I should have phrased that better :-)

PERL certainly isn't relevant to my Windows 2000 environment anymore than CGI
is. I won't let PERL or CGI apps anywhere near my Windows 2000 servers. PERL and
CGI were developed for UNIX environments which is where they accordingly
belong - for Windows 2000 we can (IMO) achieve much better results, and
certainly secure and stable results with CF or even ASP, PHP or Java.

But of course - ymmv.
