if a user use CFMAIL like this

<cfmail
to="[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
from="[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
subject="hello">
Hello
</cfmail>

ToDomain would be hotmail.com and its not on data base.

If cfmail uses relay.server.com to send this mail we need relay.server.com
to be identify to allow this kind of sending

I made this to detect it (havent test it jet) but not sure what is the
variable that has the smtp used to send.

                 <!--- Get all RELAY domains --->
