I would not use relay domains like this.  Relay domains are used in special
circumstances where you want to allow mail received at your server to always
be relayed to a specified domain.  If you want to allow CFMAIL to relay
through the server then you should do this by IP address (assuming that the
CF Server is in the same network).  Pseudo code would be something like:

if remoteIP is in allowed IPs 9or local class C) then allow all relays.
