Hi Howie,
The
=?iso-8859-1?B?
=?iso-8859-1?Q? appears not only in attachment files but in the
other headers as well.
Here is a list of the problems I caught in the
subject, from , to and cc headers.
Let me know if you need anymore info.

========================================================
SUBJECT header: I noticed that <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> sent out
many emails with this iso-8859 junk in it.
If a special character will be used somewhere in
the middle of the header than iso-8859 are inserted, for example:

=?iso-8859-1?q?=E9conomie_et_des_AFFAIRES?=
Materials for session lundi 11 =?iso-8859-1?q?d=E9cembre_2000?= beginning of a
subject
?iso-8859-1?Q? ?iso-8859-1?B? can be found at the beginning or in the body of
subject text
