If the POST Server gets a response from any of the DNS Servers then the mail
will go through. You can ignore these warnings but if they are consistenly
about one particular DNS server you may want to remove it or move it to the
end of the list. The DNS Servers setting is in order of priority.

The mail goes through regardless of the error. I have three DNS servers in
