I am sending mail from a remote ims 1.5 to our ims 1.5.. and getting this errors.. what does 451 error mean? thanks

Both 1.5 and the 2.0 beta use the same MX resolver. The two domains that
you listed do not have proper MX records so the only way for mail to be
delivered there is if you enable the "MX From Domain" feature of the POST
Server.
