Howie,
Part of the problem I am having is that ReportPostStatus isn't being called
when an MX can't be found for a domain, hence I can't get these parameters.
Is there a setting I need to turn on for the template to be called? It is
getting called for other failures.

There are lists of email addresses provided in the template for success,
temp failed and permanent failed recipients as follows:
DELIVEREDLIST
TEMPFAILEDLIST
PERMFAILEDLIST
These are comma-delimited lists of email addresses. Please use these
instead of SMTPTO.
