[iMS] postFail template

Hello Howie,   I have postFail template turned on.   While most fail errors are processed through this template and that is the end of it some mails continue to come back via the default generic template.   I have "result=accept" at the end of my template.   Any ideas as to the problem?   Regards, Ali
