No. These are two differnt things. The WarnTo and FailTo options in the
cfx tell the server the email address to use when sending warnings or
failure notifications. The templates allow you to customize these email
messages.

The ReportPostStatus gets fired off whenever a delivery status occurs (one
or all of success, temp fail or permanent fail). So, I don't think you
would want this template sending you mail. An alternative is using the iMS
Monitor which you can download from:
