We just added a new feature to iMS 2.0 (to be released shortly) that
enhances the server performance if you are using the built-in RBL support.
If the IP address of the connecting server or client is in the SMTP Allowed
IP Range then the RBL check will be skipped. This is in line with the idea
that any connection from an IP in the Allowed IP Range is a trusted
connection.
