[iMS] needed: someone to distribute large mailing

I have about 250,000 e-mails (a monthly newsletter) that need to go out,
distributed at about 20k per day.  Many of the addresses are bad, either
because the domain name is no longer valid, or because the user is no longer
at that domain.

AOL users get an aol version (HTML), everyone else gets text (for now).
What I'd like to find is someone to distributed that e-mail, and return to
me a list of invalid e-mail addresses.

Does anyone offer that as a service?  Kym?  I have it coded in IMS, but for
whatever reason, my version crashes consistently.  The problem is likely
Windows/Cold Fusion, which I've decided is too unstable for me, but am
wedded to it for the foreseeable future.

Final requirement:  each e-mail should have the line: To unsubscribe, go to
www.mydomain.com/unsubscribe.php?email=<:smtpto?> and at the bottom an<:smtpto?> and 
at the bottom an
additional number identifying the user.
