Subject: Re: [iMS] cfximsmail tag 4.5.1 - problem with repeating characters

Hi Howie,

Got something interesting for you:

I belive the problem happens because in the original code that I feed to the cfx tag there is the <:smtpto:> token

Makes sense, yes?

This link is added to what part of the mail?  In other words, what attribute of the CFX tag are you putting this text?

By the way ever fix the problem with the cfx ims mail tag throwing exceptions ( I sent you an email re: this about 2 weeks ago ?) I want to know if I should update my cfx_imsmail tag on the server which has my mail system and which other users will be using.

We're recommending that, for now, you use v2.2 of the tag.  We are still trying to resolve the issues with the current tag.

Regards,

Howie

Can you send me more info off-list?  Maybe some code to reproduce this as well as the version of the CFX tag (4.5.1 is probably your CF version).

Regards,

Howie

Subject: [iMS] cfximsmail tag 4.5.1 - problem with repeating characters

Hi Howie,

Notice in 1st example that on 3rd line it reapeats "&ci=964626065&n=338" and puts it on its own line.

Notice in 2end example that it repeats "&ci=964626065&n=337" right at the end of the line.

EXAMPLES:

1st example

<a href=' http://xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/?[EMAIL PROTECTED]&ci=964626065&n=338 &ci=964626065&n=338

2end example

Please help, thanks,

Ali
