That's the problem. I never got a tempfailed. And I know the temfailed is setup properly because I have been getting them with other instances.

Because it's a temporary failure - not a permanent one.  You should get a tempfailed if you enable this in the POST settings.

If this is an error that the iMS server can obviously detect, why is it not passed to the PermFailed or TempFailed variables? And will iMS try to redeliver an email with this type of error message?
