in the CFX tag the FAILTO does not work.  If I understand correctly, if the meesage does not get delivered (hard bounce) it gets forwarded to the email address specified in the failto address. What would cause it not to send? I have checked the logs and it reports a successfully delivery to the failto address, however I never received anything.    Can you provide alittle more info about this setting, the documentation does not elaborate on it.
