I understand what you are saying. However, we have many clients and you are the only
one reporting this trouble currently. I'm not
saying where the problem is or is not (I don't have enough information) but I will say
that we are a company that provides a high
level of support. I have never ignored your concerns. I only suggested that you
upgrade to the latest release candidate as it is
what will be the 2.1 release. The only changes that will occur between the current
post release candidate and the released 2.1
server is the version on the file (we'll remove the "rc xx" portion). That's it - no
other changes prior to release.
Believe me, I do not have hundreds of screaming customers complaining about the same
problem as you - If I did we would be out of
business. I am trying my best to help you with this and I can only make
suggestions...it is up to you to decide whether to take my
advice or not.
