This problem is not a known iMS issue. I'm not emphatically saying that it is not but
I have not seen it. Remember, when sending
mail with iMS you have many factors that are external to iMS - the query, the
manipulation of the query, the cfx tag, etc. If you
can provide code that demonstrates the problem then we can find a solution.
