The cfx tag should have been installed when iMS was installed. You can check from the
coldfusion administrator. If it's installed
and working then you should be able to send a test message as follows:
<cfx_imsmail smtpto="your email address" smtpfrom="some email address"
header_to="Yury" header_from="test" header_subject="test"
body="test message">
