Hi,

I'm having a problem reported from an email client that their email is not

being deleted when they read it off the server. When I look in the POP log

I find lots of these errors:

08/02/2002 10:48:59 AM [011] WARNING: (template=QUIT.cfm) Application

server response:

08/02/2002 10:48:59 AM [011] WARNING: Template=C:\Utils\iMS\Domains\QUIT.cfm

And when I look in the CF server log I find lots of these errors:

"Warning","TID=172","02/08/02","10:44:16","Template:

"Warning","TID=153","02/08/02","10:50:56","Template:

Any ideas on whether this is a CF administration problem or an iMS admin

problem (more threads required perhaps) or just that WinNT is hanging on to

the files making CF 'wait a long time' to delete them...

I find this message (and many others like it) a little disconcerting:

08/02/2002 12:43:21 PM [003] user [EMAIL PROTECTED] read 10,

deleted 10 messages (10 total messages waiting)

It says that 10 were deleted but that there are 10 waiting, which means to

me that they were not actually deleted. What gives?

Any help or advice would be very much appreciated.

Thanks

Brett
