Subject: [iMS] Queue Scheduler (again)

Okies, got another question / issue.

Scenario:

Mailing 1 is in the queue to go out, POST is processing them.  After 6 minutes, mailing 2 is inserted into the queue.  After POST finishes processing the 255 emails in its

internal queue, POST inserts the mail files for mailing 2 in its internal queue, instead
of the rest of the mail files for mailing 1.

POST will complete processing for mailing 2, then go back to mailing 1.  If another
mailing is inserted when POST is processing mailing 2, then it will stop processing
mailing 2, and go on to mailing 3, then back to 2, then to 1, etc.

All mail files have the same priority, the only difference is the Start delivery times.
The first mailings (1, 2, 3, etc.) will have earlier start times.

Now, when I restart POST, POST when building its internal queue will gather the earliest
files first, instead of the latest, the behavior I think it should be doing.

Has anyone else seen this behavior?  We have many customer's complaining that their
emails are taking too long to go out, and after writing an email tracking program, dumping
the queue, etc, the above is what I'm seeing.

Any ideas?
