Hi Howie, I know that more than one is being sent as recipients have received up to 10 emails!
Here is an example of it showing in the logs too, the same email address appearing in two different outbound mails. (changed email addresses for security). If I look through the logs it shows the same email address more than once (ten times!). When I dump the email addresses query set, there are now dupes. I don't know how this is because they are being submitted twice to the mail queue (I assumed this due to different id's). Thanks for the other advice too. One thing I would change is the Outgoing Servers setting unless you have a reason for relaying your mail through another mail server. If you set that setting to a blank then iMS will send the email directly instead of relaying through another mail server. Also, where is there an indication of the same mail being sent twice?
