iMS does not send duplicate mails. If someone is getting dupes then it is either
happening in the creation of the mails or
something external to iMS is doing it. The log below is not enough for me to tell
exactly what is happening. If you want to send
me a bigger portion of your log off-list (without the login information as it's not
relative anyway) then I'll look at it. You can
send it directly to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Howie

Subject: RE: [iMS] IMS sends mails more than once?
Hi Howie,
I know that more than one is being sent as recipients have received up to 10 emails!
Here is an example of it showing in the logs too, the same email address appearing in
two different outbound mails. (changed email
addresses for security). If I look through the logs it shows the same email address
more than once (ten times!). When I dump the
email addresses query set, there are now dupes. I don't know how this is because they
are being submitted twice to the mail queue (I
assumed this due to different id's).
Thanks for the other advice too.
Regards
Richard
