Based on this information is it safe to delete all the files in the Orphans
folder? Also, is there any reason why I would need the SMTP service to
create them in the first place?

I have another question concerning Smart Delivery. Are there any outstanding
issues with using Qtokens, Tokens, and the use of Smart Delivery?
