Howie, I never stated they were outgoing messages, only that they had not
been processed yet, and removed from the Mail folder. As for the cffile tag,
would this be best placed into the data template?
Also, I have noticed that some of the Mail folder files are being deleted
(albeit slowly). Any reason why this would occur automatically? (timeout,
etc.) All of the files in the mail folder were delivered using Smart
Delivery and the data.cfm template.

My mistake, I was not aware that Fmail was creating this file. I shall pore
over the code and see what is occurring. Thanks for the pointer.
