The post server works as it should.  The post server can use one of three sources for 
a name in the HELO stage.  In order of
priority, these are:

HostName from Control file
Host name from HELO/EHLO setting
DNS Name

If the host name exists in the control file than that is used otherwise the server 
uses the HELO/EHLO setting and if that is not
assigned then it uses the name from the DNS.
