Yes.

It uses php4isapi.dll.  You use the inFusionEngine DLL Mappings tool to map ".php" to 
that DLL.  Then, in the iMS common settings
you set up ".php" as the application extension to use.

Nope.  Like I said, we have it working on a test server but have not done enough 
testing to make sure that we will support it
(preliminary results are very good, however).  The setup is really pretty straight 
forward, though.
