The user doesn't get the mail unless you send it to
them in the DATA template (or you specify them as forwards in the rcpt
template). The DATA template typically stores the message reference in a
database. You can also delete the mail file and send error mails in there as
well (you result should still be result=accept).
If you say result=reject in the data template then
the remote server will get an error message and the mail file will be
deleted.
