I tested IMS-SE mail on two different test server, with no problems, before
I tried to deploy the IMS to the production server and I seem to be running
into a strange problem. (luckily there is very little traffic today)
When I boot the server IMS-SE works fine. But, if I restart IMS-SE after a
config change I can no longer send mail. And I get "Service not available,
closing transmission channel" error when I issue a helo command.
In the Relay logs I get:
"WARNING: Fatal error - Cannot open SMTP Socket [25] (Sock Listen) [10048]
Address already in use"
In the SMTP log I get:
