If all you're testing is the creation of the email (not the actual sending),
you could set the spooldir to a temporary directory, and then see if the tag
completes and you get all the files you expect (you could set max_recipients
to 1, and then the # of files should equal 2x the number of recipients, one
for the control file, one for the .mail file).
