The way FM2 handles accounts is different from FM1 in the way it treats
aliases. I suspect that FM1 is not finding the account, hence the "unknown
user" error. Check the code in the Pass.cfm template and check what is in
the database and where.
Now I am back on deck we are looking at that whole area as we feel that
both FM1 and the current FM2 do not handle the whole aspect of
users/accounts/domains in a tidy fashion.
