When we converted to SQL server we used the upscale wizard which worked very well.  
The only thing that needs to be
accounted for is that FusionMail uses two reserved words in column names - "read" and 
"timestamp."  We renamed our
column names here to "hasread" and "timestmp" and updated the code.  I can send you 
scripts from our sql server if you
want but you'll need to do some testing as we changed column names and added tables 
and columns in existing tables for
our own purposes.
