I would:
1 - Create a DB record in a table of "allowed addresses"
2 - Send an email to the sender that points to a web page and/or a special email
address. The web address would be
something like www.mydomain.com/approve?user=xxxxx and the email address to return
the mail would be something like
[EMAIL PROTECTED] (the xxxxx is the recordid from the database). In your
rcpt template you can process the
approval based on the recipient address.
Anyway, that's the gist...
