Hi
Bill,
We've
seen this before too. It has always turned out to be something at the
recipients' end. For instance, they may have software on their mail
server that forwards to an e-mail device, such as a Blackberry, that causes
this to occur.

Subject: [iMS] multiple messagesI've been getting complaints from clients that are saying that their subscribers are receiving multiple copies of their newsletters. I've looked in the log and only see one entry for a successful send for each of these addresses, but they have received 2,3 and sometimes 4 copies of the same message. I've considered that maybe they have other email addresses that are forwarding the messages into one mailbox, and that is not the case.Any ideas? Thanks, Bill----
