Subject: [iMS] Configuration Questions

I have a question about the inFusion Mail Server and how it returns mail back to the person sending the message if the address is incorrect.  It works fine, but is there a way to substitute our domain name in the From: field?

You would need to utilize a postfail.cfm template for this.  You can download a sample template from our web site (downloads page).

Also, the Reply-To: field comes up blank.  I have my postmaster email address set as the Administrator email address under the common tab.  Is there somewhere else it needs to be entered?

The email from iMS is simply an informational email and does not contain the email address of the postmaster.  You can, however, set up the email in any way that you want using the postfail template.

Regards,

Howie

Thanks,
